ARPA is the industry voice for the Australian workplace rehabilitation industry, representing the majority of independent WRP organisations in Australia.  With strong industry and government links and affiliations, ARPA is dedicated to promoting and protecting the professional interests of our member organisations and through them, the sustainability of a purpose driven, socially impactful industry.

Our Memberships

Full Membership - Workplace Rehabilitation Providers (WRP)

Open to organisations or sole practitioners who provide occupational and/or workplace rehabilitation services.

*Individuals who are employed by ARPA Member organisations do not need to apply as you are automatically covered by your employer's membership. 

Whilst there are many benefits of becoming an ARPA member, the additional benefits of full membership include:

  • Opportunity to become a Council member and represent your fellow members at meetings with key stakeholders
  • Inclusion on our National Directory of Rehabilitation Providers
  • Provision of minutes and regular industry updates

Membership fees are based on your Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) workplace rehabilitation consultant staff that you employ (not including admin or ancillary staff) calculated pro rata 1 July-30 June. Benefits of WRP Membership

Associate Membership

Open to individuals and organisations engaged in a business with similar or complementary objectives to ARPA.

Associate Membership - Organisation is open to organisations engaged in a business with similar or complementary objectives to ARPA. There are 3 different types of Associate Membership available to organisations:

  • Sole employers = $350
  • Allied Health providers / small employers with less than 10 FTE = $1,425
  • Allied Health providers / large employers with 10 or more FTE= $2,580.

*per annum costs inclusive of GST, pro rata 1 July-30 June.

Associate Membership - Individual is open to individuals who are involved in the personal injury industry, and are not employed by a Workplace Rehabilitation Provider who is eligible for membership.

The cost for Individual membership is $350 for one years membership (incl GST).

NOTE: employees of organisations that have ARPA membership are automatically covered by their employer's membership and therefore do not need to apply for Associate Membership - Individual membership.

Benefits of Associate Membership

Student Affiliate Membership 

Complimentary for those currently studying an eligible Allied Health degree in Australia and who have a current student email address.

  • Free or discounted access to ARPA and Industry Professional Development events, providing valuable networking opportunities
  • Free or discounted access to ARPA and Industry educational training sessions
  • Complimentary access to select 'Members Only' resources, including an extensive library or pre-recorded webinars and training sessions

Student Affiliate membership is open to students currently enrolled in any of the below Bachelor programs in Australia, or those who already hold an allied health Bachelor qualification and are currently studying a Masters degree in any of the below programs, and have:

  • At least 1 month of the course left; and
  • A valid student email address for an Australia university, which must be used to apply for this membership.
